SMALL COOLER: Protein rich snacks, fruit, electrolyte rich fluids
TOILETRIES BAG: Hair tie, hair brush, shampoo/conditioner, tooth brush and toothpaste, deodorant, body wash, lotion
CLOTHES FOR PARENTS: Personal laboring gown, bathing suit top for tub or shower, comfortable outfit for after baby is born that is easy to nurse in and do skin to skin in, changes of underwear, comfortable slip on shoes, extra comfortable socks, nursing bra, tank top
COPING TOOLS: Diffuser, Bluetooth speaker, birth ball, affirmation visuals, massage tools (hot or cold pack), eye mask
CLOTHES FOR BABY: Baby gowns that are easy to put on or off and do skin to skin, bottle if you are bottle feeding, pacifier, clothes for baby to wear home, hat to wear home
PARENT MUST HAVES: Phone charger, wallet, ID
BABY MUST HAVES: Car seat with the base installed in the car, breast pump in case there is difficulty with breast feeding
